Fred Chartrand, Photojournalist
Chartrand is an award-winning photographer with more the
thirty-eight years of experience covering national and international events.
His storied career as taken him to elections
in Nicaragua where he shot inside a rebel Contra camp to being one of the few
journalists in Iran during the American hostage crisis. When at home
covering national events he can often be found at rink side covering the Ottawa
Senators or field side covering the Ottawa Redblacks.

Kilpatrick travels the globe covering Olympic Games, G-8 and G-20 Leaders Summits, Commonwealth Summits, Francophonie Summits and
NATO Summits. He's followed the Canadian Prime Minister to Afghanistan and the
Minister of Foreign Affairs to Lybia. When not on the road Kilpatrick can be
found most days pounding the pavement on Parliament Hill.
